One poster per site, and the hazards come to you
Print the A4 poster. Workers scan it with a phone camera and report, and can check the status of their report later.
- Each site has its own code. Switch it off or replace it if it leaks.

Kannada and English
The reporting page switches between the two, and opens in Kannada on phones set to Kannada. Your team can read an English version of any report written in an Indian language (AI, beta).
Weak signal at the gate
A report is saved on the phone and sent when the signal comes back, so a dead zone does not mean a lost report.
The numbers a plant head asks for
Add the hours worked and ReportNow works out LTIFR, TRIR and the severity rate for each site, with trends, a risk heat map and days since the last lost-time injury. Export to CSV or print as PDF.

The right access for each person
Give people only the sites they need. A Viewer reads, an Investigator investigates, a Site Admin runs a site, a Super Admin runs everything.
Actions that do not get lost
An owner, a due date, a photo as evidence, email reminders, and escalation when it is late. A different person confirms the fix worked.
AI help, with people in charge
Translate a report, suggest how to classify it, or draft a 5-Why and a list of actions. Every answer is labelled as AI-written, and nothing changes until a person saves it. In beta.
Nothing is deleted
Every change to a report or action is recorded with who and when. Closed actions are locked, and photos are kept private to your workspace.

Why the small reports matter
Safety teams have long used the safety triangle: behind every serious injury there are many minor ones, and behind those, far more hazards that people saw and left alone. The exact ratios change from one industry to the next. The point does not.
The cheapest accident to prevent is the one that is still only a puddle of oil. ReportNow makes it easy for the person who sees it to say so, and hard for the report to be forgotten.

Questions from safety teams
Do workers need an app or an account?
No. They scan the poster with their phone camera, report, and send. There is nothing to download and nothing to sign up for.
What if there is no signal where the poster is?
The report is saved on the phone and sent when the signal returns. The reporting page can hold a few reports at a time.
Which languages work?
The reporting page is in English and Kannada today, and more Indian languages are planned. A report written in another Indian language is kept exactly as written, and your team can ask for an English version (AI, beta).
Who can see our reports?
Only the people you add to your workspace, and only for the sites you give them. Another company can never see yours. Photos are kept private, and every change is recorded with who made it and when.
What does the AI see?
AI help is optional and only available to investigators and admins. It receives the description, location and time of one report, with phone numbers and email addresses removed. It never receives the reporter's name or any photo. It only suggests, and a person decides. The text is processed by Anthropic's Claude.
How do we pay, and what do we get?
You pay online, and a GST tax invoice is emailed to your billing address. Plans are paid for a fixed period and do not renew by themselves. We email you a week before yours ends.
What happens when a plan or trial ends?
Your reports, photos and history stay, and you can still read them. The investigation tools, actions and insights pause until you renew.
Can we take our data out?
Yes. Any report can be saved as a PDF, and the Insights numbers export to CSV.
